If you don’t have time to read the above resources, here are a few things our most successful partners each do:
- Call every lead as soon as they have the chance
- Use a text & email workflow to continue to follow up with lead
- Understand that this is a long-term strategy and although leads will start coming in shortly after the PPC campaign is launched, on average it takes 18 months for a lead to close. Persistence is key!
- Look at the leads as more than just a potential commission check, seeing the people behind the information. At the end of the day, leads are looking for an agent who is helpful and authentic, worrying less about the “sale” and more about ensuring client satisfaction.
