• I understand that the content is templated and non-branded, meaning that the posts will not be customized to my brokerage, or real estate team, and will not include any logos.

• I understand that the same or similar content will be used for other real estate agents and their social media profiles.

• I understand that I am not able to make changes to the image or graphics based on my personal preference. I can, however, make changes to the captions or hashtags once the content is published by editing the original caption.

Approving Posts Before They are Published:
All of the content we create has been thoroughly researched and provides insightful and helpful advice that caters to both home buyers and sellers, so there is no need to approve the content before it is published. If you would like a custom media proposal instead, please let us know!
