0:05 – We’re about to create a Google Ads account at ads.google.com. Before we start, I want to mention a current promotion from Google Ads.

0:19 – In Canada, you can get $600 free, and in the U.S., it’s $500. The promotion works by spending $600 or $500 within a set time frame, believed to be 90 days.

0:30 – After spending the initial amount, you’ll receive a credit of the same value, effectively giving you $500 or $600 free in Google Ads.

1:23 – Highlighting the Google Ads credit: in Canada, it’s $600, and in the U.S., it’s $500. You need to spend this amount within 60 days of creating your account.

2:06 – If you meet this spending requirement, Google will credit you an additional $500 or $600, allowing your next set of expenses to be essentially free.

2:28 – Now, let’s click ‘start now’ to begin creating our Google Ads account.

2:35 – Sign in with your Gmail account. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to create an account first.

4:54 – Google might prompt you to start a smart campaign or a Performance Max campaign, but we’ll skip that.

5:05 – We aim to create a basic search campaign, which is one of the most effective for our purposes.

5:20 – Bypassing Google’s initial setup, we’ll set up our campaign differently.

5:28 – Confirm your account settings, but opt out of help from Google ads experts, as their expertise might not align with our specific real estate goals.

5:46 – You can choose to receive promotional emails if you wish. Click submit to complete the setup.
